Because PBR-Panel is very versatile and utilized on a wide variety of applications, it is available in many options. PBR-Panel is available with and without purlin bearing legs. Typically, PBR panels are utilized on roof applications because roofers appreciate the extra support when installing the panels to the roof substrate, or deck. PBR panels are more common for roof and wall applications. Building owners can select PBR-Panel in wide range of Kynar 500® colors, or silicone-modified polyester coatings. PBR-Panel's most popular steel substrate is 24 or 26 GA Galvalume®.

To ensure performance across varying applications, PBR Panel has been thoroughly tested. PBR panel wall and roof panels feature a Class A fire rating under UL 790 (ASTM E108 and NFPA 256) procedures. Other PBR Panel testing and classifications includes UL 580 Class 90 Uplift testing, ASTM E1680 air infiltration, ASTM E1646  water infiltration,  and UL2218 Class 4 impact resistance.

Installation of PBR panel roofs requires a minimum slope of 1:12 and butyl sealant should be utilized in the laps.
